1. What do I have to do to rent a dumpster?

All you need is a quick phone call. Our customer service representatives will help you choose a size and will request a few details to schedule your order in a matter of minutes. After that, they will send you a quote and the contract and all you have to do is sign it.

2. How does the Calsan service work?

We leave the container at your home or wherever you need it, you fill it and when it is ready, notify us and we will pick it up, you no longer have to worry about getting rid of that garbage.

3. What hours does Calsan operate?

Deliveries and pickups can be scheduled between 6 am and 6 pm, Monday-Friday. In case that a service is required on Saturday, you must notify in advance and check if there is availability. Customer service representatives operate from 7 am Monday-Sunday.

4. For how many days can I keep the container?

Seven days, additional days cost $ 50 each.

5. Do the dumpsters have a weight limit?

Yes, all general debris containers have a weight limit depending on size. The 8 and 10 yd containers for soil or concrete are the only ones without limits.

6. In the 8 and 10 yd containers for soil and concrete, what does it depend on if they are clean or mix?

To consider clean, the soil or concrete must be completely pure, without any extra material; otherwise, it will be considered as a mix (no branches, stones, grass, wood, etc.).

7. If I have little trash, what is the smallest dumpster that I can rent?

The 8 yard one, although there is less garbage we do not handle a smaller container and the price is the same whether 1 or 8 yards is used.

8. What payment methods do you accept?

We always request a credit or debit card to guarantee payment. However, in some special cases, we accept cash.

9. How far in advance should I schedule the container?

Usually, we request 2 or 3 days in advance, although sometimes we have available and we can deliver it the same day.

10. Who is responsible for scheduling the pick up?

The customer must notify us when their container is ready.

11. Can there be any extra charges?

Yes, on special occasions there may be extra charges for different concepts; overweight, overload, extra days, additional trips, waiting time, extra materials or items, and cancellations.
